Join writer/director Adam Green for a LIVE interactive seminar and Q&A dedicated to the craft of writing short films. With over 20 years of experience making shorts (including several that have won awards and/or gone viral and garnered millions of views), Adam will be discussing the screenwriting process and answering your questions about writing short films.

When participating fans are emailed their private access link they will also receive a copy of Adam Green’s screenplay for his 2015 Halloween short film MONSTER PROBLEMS which Adam will be using as an example during the workshop.

This special event is an interactive seminar as opposed to the live commentaries/Q&A’s for specific films that we usually do with “ArieScope Live.” Therefore, space will be more limited than usual in an effort to allow for more time to answer participating audience members’ specific questions. The first ArieScope Live event (HATCHET) was a big success and a ton of fun! We’re excited to announce that the next live event will be our 2010 snowy thriller FROZEN on Saturday March 16, 2019 at 12pm/noon PST! Join FROZEN’s writer/director Adam Green and cinematographer Will Barratt as they perform an interactive live commentary and Q&A for the film with an intimate group of participating fans.

The live show begins at 12 noon PST tomorrow (Sat 2/2) but you are invited to join us early for a special 30 minute pre-show where we will be sharing a slideshow of extremely rare behind the scenes photos from the making of HATCHET! Almost every single photo in the pre-show has never been released or seen anywhere else before. The pre-show is a great time to introduce yourself and get the live chat going with your fellow Hatchet Army members before Adam and Will join you at noon (PST).

Adam Green will be appearing on the IMPRACTICAL JOKERS CRUISE #3 in February where he will be hosting a screening of DIGGING UP THE MARROW in the Stardust Theater onboard the Norwegian Pearl on Thursday night (2/7) at 11:30pm! Brian Quinn (IMPRACTICAL JOKERS, VICTOR CROWLEY) will be moderating the Q&A with Adam after the film.

Adam will also be appearing/performing improv comedy during other shows throughout the cruise!

The JOKERS CRUISE #2 in 2017 was an absolute blast and the 800+ fans that attended the screening of VICTOR CROWLEY on the ship were the loudest and rowdiest audience of Adam’s entire “Dismember America Tour” – so this very special screening of DIGGING UP THE MARROW will be an equally amazing time. The cruise ship leaves Tampa, FL on Wednesday February 6th and heads to a private island in Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas before returning on Sunday February 10th. We have exciting news for HATCHET fans! On January 7th at 10am PST ArieScope.com will be releasing 10 prop hatchets and 4 Victor Crowley skulls for sale in the BUY-STUFF store! These highly sought after high-end collectibles are each handmade by HATCHET franchise FX artist Robert Pendergraft from the exact same molds used for the props seen on-screen in the films themselves. Rob and his family will be welcoming a new baby boy into our world in just a few short weeks so in preparation for this major life change he has been cleaning out Aunt Dolly’s Garage and discovered that he has just enough materials left to make 10 more hatchets and 4 more skulls.  Each prop takes several days to make and hand-paint… so after this it could be a long time before Rob will personally be making any more high-end HATCHET collectibles for fans!

Each prop hatchet is handmade out of polyurethane foam with a steel support bar inside and hand-painted. Made from the exact same mold used to create the prop hatchets you see “Victor Crowley” wielding on-screen in all four HATCHET films, ArieScope.com is the only place in the world that sells these authentic props. Each hatchet will come autographed by HATCHET’s creator Adam Green on one side of the blade.

Each “Victor Crowley” skull is molded from the exact same mold used to create “Victor Crowley’s” exposed skeleton seen on-screen in HATCHET 3 and is handmade with a mixture of polyurethane foam and urethane plastic before being hand-painted by FX artist Robert Pendergraft.  (A four day process each!)  Originally only available for fans to order on Adam Green’s 2017 “Dismember America Tour” with VICTOR CROWLEY, we will only be able to make four of these available for fans this time!  Each skull comes in two pieces (just like a real human skull – the jaw bone is a separate piece that the skull rests on) and autographed by both HATCHET’s creator Adam Green and FX artist Robert Pendergraft on the back of the skull.

This will be it for awhile, Hatchet Army – so if you’ve missed out in the past, don’t miss out this time!  The hatchets and skulls will ship before the end of February (again- these handmade collectibles each take time to make). Good luck!

When the official “Arwen” plush dolls went on sale at midnight on Black Friday they sold out immediately. The second batch sold out within 90 seconds on Christmas Eve. To try and keep up with the demand we’ve now listed a third plush “litter” of everyone’s favorite Yorkie for PRE-ORDER in our BUY STUFF store! Each doll has its hair cut and styled by hand, therefore we can only produce a limited amount.  This third batch will inevitably sell out so get your orders in today!

These plush “Arwen” dolls are expected to ship by February 14, 2019.

UPDATED: The time period to watch this has expired.  Merry Christmas!  To help get you in the holiday spirit we’re streaming THE HOLLISTON CHRISTMAS SPECIAL free until midnight on Christmas Day.  The hour-long special world premiered on television on December 18, 2012 and has since become one of the most fan beloved episodes of the series.  Though the episode was cut down by almost 5 minutes for air, this is the full un-cut version that was included with the Season 2 home video release.  This version contains the infamous “hallway scene” between “Adam” and “Corri” that was removed for air due to the network feeling it was “too emotional for the tone that they wanted the series to have.”

A little HOLLISTON trivia: Though the “hallway scene” was always part of the original script, actors Adam Green and Corri English chose to discard the written words and completely improvise the scene on the day of shooting.  The scene is considered by many fans to be a defining moment in HOLLISTON becoming the show that it is and one of the most important moments of the series (right up there with “Oderus'” final speech to “Adam” in the Season 2 finale).

Seasons 1 and 2 are available on Blu-Ray and come with HOURS of special features and commentaries.  You can purchase autographed copies here.  The first two seasons are also available digitally on iTunes and other popular streaming platforms.  While there is still no official information we can share about Season 3 … don’t give up hope just yet.  Between the one-two punch of a cast member’s tragic death and the series’ home network being dissolved in a corporate merger in 2014, HOLLISTON has suffered more tragedies than the average sit-com could survive… but HOLLISTON isn’t your average sit-com, this isn’t your average cast, and these aren’t your average fans.
