SABER 2 is on its way!

Today it was announced by the Nerdist Channel that a sequel to 2009’s smash internet sensation SABER will be released on Star Wars Day (May 4th… get it?  “May the 4th be with you?”).  Rileah Vanderbilt and Clare Grant will return with their lightsaber skills brought to you by their Danger Maiden Productions and ArieScope Pictures.  Seth Green will sit in the director’s chair this time around and Adam Green will produce.  Read all about it here.

HOLLISTON invades C2E2

HOLLISTON is coming to the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo (C2E2) on Sunday April 15th.  Join AIN’T IT COOL NEWS’ Steve Prokopy (“Capone”) as he hosts an in-depth look at FEARnet television’s first original series, the horror/comedy sit-com HOLLISTON with series creator and star Adam Green (HATCHET, FROZEN), co-star and executive producer Joe Lynch (WRONG TURN 2, KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM), and series producer Sarah Elbert (HATCHET, HATCHET 2).  The filmmakers will discuss the trials and tribulations of bringing this off-beat  show to television and also show some hilarious clips including both footage from the actual show and behind the scenes clips from the casting process.  This may be one of the funniest and most entertaining panels you’ll see at C2E2 all weekend, so don’t miss it!  Sunday April 15th in Panel Hall S401abc from 4pm -5pm.  For more information about C2E2 click here.

Adam Green to host FATHER’S DAY premiere at the Nuart in Los Angeles.

At midnight on February 24th. ArieScope’s Adam Green will join director (and HOLLISTON co-star) Joe Lynch and producer Lloyd Kaufman in hosting the premiere of Troma’s FATHER’S DAY at the Nuart Theater in Los Angeles.  Get your tickets in advance from the Nuart’s website or brave the line that night.
